Job summary

Turing, a leading AI research accelerator, seeks a Software Engineering evaluator to create cutting-edge datasets for training and benchmarking large language models. You will curate code examples and provide precise solutions primarily in Go, with Python, JavaScript/ReactJS, C/C++, Java, and Rust, evaluating and refining AI-generated code for efficiency and scalability.

You will work with cross-functional researchers, stand up verification mechanisms, and design tasks that test software

Qualifications

Several years of software engineering experience (3+ years).
Experience building full-stack applications and deploying production-grade software.
Deep understanding of software architecture, design, development, debugging, and code quality.
Excellent oral and written communication for clear evaluation rationales.

Responsibilities

Curate code examples and build solutions, primarily in Go, with Python, JavaScript/ReactJS, C/C++, Java and Rust.
Evaluate and refine AI-generated code for efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance AI-driven coding solutions and benchmarks.
Build agents that verify code quality and identify error patterns.
Hypothesize on software engineering cycle steps and evaluate model capabilities on them.
