Job summary

Turing, a leading AI research accelerator, seeks a Software Engineering evaluator to curate cutting-edge datasets for training and benchmarking large language models. You’ll work mainly in Go, with Python, JavaScript (ReactJS), C/C++, Java, and Rust, evaluating AI-generated code for efficiency, scalability and reliability.

You will collaborate with researchers and cross-functional teams to enhance enterprise-level AI-driven coding solutions and build verification mechanisms for software tasks.

Qualifications

• Several years of software engineering experience (3 years or more).
• Strong expertise in building full-stack applications and deploying scalable, production-grade software.
• Deep understanding of software architecture, design, development, debugging, and code quality/review assessment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for clear, structured evaluation rationales.

Responsibilities

• Curate code examples and build solutions for AI model training initiatives.
• Evaluate and refine AI-generated code for efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance AI-driven coding solutions against performance benchmarks.
• Build agents to verify code quality and identify error patterns.
• Define verification mechanisms for software engineering tasks.
