Base pay range

Golang Engineer – Fully Remote (UK) | £70,000 + Equity

We are partnered with a scaling SaaS company of circa 50 people, who are looking to grow their Product teams with x2 Golang Engineers. As the Golang Engineer you will participate in building, scaling and evolving their constantly growing product and infrastructure working on both greenfield and existing projects

• 5+ years of professional experience in backend engineering.
• Proficiency in Golang & PostgreSQL (main language for the last 3 years)
• Experience with AWS infrastructure (Terraform is a plus)
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working in fast-paced (or start-up) environments.
• A problem-solving mindset with a bias for action and iterative improvement.
• Develop and maintain key features that align with their strategic product roadmap.
• Define key engineering and product metrics to ensure impactful solutions
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers within the team.
• Drive best practices and contribute to the technical decision-making process.
• Ensure performance, reliability, and scalability of their systems as they grow.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to build and refine innovative solutions.
