The Role:

You’ll be part of a newly formed elite engineering squad building high-performance, scalable systems powering mission-critical financial products used by millions. The team is focused on cutting-edge backend development using Golang in a highly distributed Microservices environment.

• Location: Onsite in Central London - 4 days per week
• Salary: £80,000 - £150,000 base (depending on experience & level)
• Hiring Levels: Mid, Senior & Staff Engineers - open to a range of backgrounds

Who We're Looking For:

• Solid experience with Golang in production environments
• Experience working with distributed systems and scalable infrastructure
• Strong grasp of Microservices architecture and API design
• Passion for clean, maintainable, high-performance code
