A leading technology company is seeking a Cloud Engineer to join a core team focused on migrating a GoLang-heavy application from AWS to Azure. This fully remote role requires solid experience with GoLang and knowledge of cloud platforms, along with the ability to work independently during UK or Romania hours. Ideal candidates will have experience with containerization, microservices, and orchestration tools.

The Project:

You'll be part of a core engineering team focused on migrating an existing GoLang- heavy application from AWS to Azure . This is a highly collaborative environment, working with cloud engineers, DevOps, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and performant transition.

What They're Looking For:

• Solid commercial experience with GoLang - this is a must
• Hands- on knowledge of both AWS and Azure platforms
• Experience with containerization and orchestration ( e. g., Docker, Kubernetes )
• Strong understanding of microservices and RESTful APIs
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setup
• Availability during UK or Romania working hours

Bonus if you have:

• Previous experience on a cloud migration project ( AWS ? Azure)
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and IaC tools like ARM/Bicep
• Monitoring/logging tools experience ( Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.)
