Role Summary and Impact

As part of the Global Operations Centre (GOC) in Poland, you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment. As an HR Analyst, you will be responsible for analytical projects that support data-driven HR decisions in our global operational centers. You will provide key insights to management teams and HR Business Partners while developing innovative analytical tools and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators. Your expertise will directly support our GOCs in Poland, India, and LATAM.

Responsibilities
  • Independently managing analytical projects in HR.
  • Providing data-driven consulting services for Leadership and HR Business Partners.
  • Conducting advanced HR data analyses and building analytical tools.
  • Creating and automating dashboards, reports, and tools for monitoring KPIs.
  • Participating in HR transformation, digitalization, and automation projects.
  • Training and providing expert support to HR/People teams.
  • Collaborating globally with international HR/People teams in Global Operations Centers.
Skills and Experience

If this opportunity looks right for you, we are looking for candidates who have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR analytics or related roles (e.g., Data Analyst, HRBP with a focus on analytics).
  • Proficiency in analytical tools: MS Excel (advanced functions, macros), Power BI, Tableau, SQL, VBA.
  • Experience working with large databases and integrating data from various sources.
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems and tools for automating reporting.
  • Fluent English proficiency (C1 level).
  • Ability to present analysis results, conduct workshops, and deliver training.
  • Highly developed soft skills: communication, proactivity, independence.
  • Preferred experience in supporting multiple regions or global teams.
