The Go-Together EdTech Accelerator:

Go-Together is a 24-week programme designed to assist EdTech startups by offering 4 weeks of diagnosis followed by 20 weeks of acceleration. Each startup will receive personalised coaching from experienced coaches, aiming to define and achieve key objectives based on their business mission and capabilities. Our goal is to foster a thriving ecosystem of EdTech innovators, ensuring startups have the resources and support needed to thrive.

Role and Responsibilities

This role requires a leader who has experienced high-growth scaling in large corporations (Google, Meta, Amazon, etc.) and understands how to apply those structured systems to the fast-paced, agile startup environment.

Programme Process Optimisation

  • Continuously enhance and evolve the accelerator programme to deliver maximum value to startups.
  • Develop and implement scalable and efficient operational frameworks to optimise and improve current Go-Together programme
  • Ensure that operational processes align with best practices from both large-scale corporations and high-growth startups.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Collect and analyse feedback to implement rapid, impactful changes to the programme.
  • Validate startup profiles by analysing research findings to ensure accuracy in market positioning, competitive landscape, and customer insights.

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead internal process/ operation team, ensuring high performance and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Work closely with the CEO and Head of the Accelerator to drive programme excellence.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and performance-driven execution.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as a bridge between internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Strong strategic, process-driven mindset – able to develop scalable operational systems.
  • Leadership & team management – proven ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and optimize team performance.
  • Agility & adaptability – able to balance structured corporate processes with the fast-moving, ever-changing startup landscape.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Entrepreneurship, or a related field (Master’s or MBA is a plus) is desirable
  • Track record of experiences in operations strategy, programme management, or scaling businesses.
  • Experience in hyper-growth companies (Google, Meta, Amazon, etc.), having built and optimised structured operational processes
  • Deep understanding of the startup ecosystem, including how startups scale, common pitfalls, and best practices.
    Prior experience in consulting, accelerator programmes, or venture building is a strong plus.

Employment:

  • Working hours: Full-time 40 hours a week.
  • Location: 22 Bishopsgate London.
  • Salary of up to £85,000
  • Pension and Holiday entitlement
