TAINA Technology Limited is seeking an exceptional Go-To-Market Lead to shape the launch and scale of an AI-native enterprise product portfolio. You will own commercial strategy, pricing, and market adoption, working directly with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to define category positioning and enterprise adoption frameworks.

Qualifications

Proven experience bringing AI-native enterprise software products to market.
Experience launching new products or product categories.
Strong understanding of enterprise software commercialization.
Deep knowledge of AI adoption in large organisations.
Experience defining pricing, packaging and commercial models for AI-based solutions.
Experience presenting to C-level stakeholders in large enterprises.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the commercial strategy for AI-native product portfolio.
Define market positioning, value propositions and category creation strategies.
Establish launch frameworks and go-to-market models.
Identify target markets, buyer personas and adoption pathways.
Lead commercialisation of AI-native products and monetisation models.
Engage senior executives to understand adoption barriers and buying requirements.
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to align execution.
Influence product roadmap through market insights and customer feedback.
