Rate: Up to35,000 PHP / Month

Type: Part-Time (Potential to scale to Full-Time)

Location: Remote (Preferably PH-based)

Platform: GoHighLevel (GHL), Kajabi (reference only), ChatGPT (optional AI tool)

Job Description:

We are looking for a tech-savvy and proactive GoHighLevel & CRM Manager to support a coaching and digital services brand. This person will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing the clients GHL workspaceincluding CRM setup, automation workflows, email marketing, landing pages, AI chatbots, and ongoing system improvements.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with GHL and a problem-solving mindset, capable of helping streamline business processes and reduce manual tasks.

GoHighLevel Platform Management
  • Set up and maintain GHL account including CRM, pipelines, tags, triggers, and automations
  • Build and maintain landing pages and funnels as needed (collaborating with funnel consultant if required)
  • Integrate forms, surveys, calendars, and other components within GHL
  • Implement AI chatbots and email/SMS automations
  • Troubleshoot bugs and optimize existing systems
CRM & Email Marketing
  • Set up nurture sequences, broadcast campaigns, and event-based automations
  • Segment leads, tag users appropriately, and clean up data regularly
  • Monitor open/click rates and propose improvements to increase deliverability and engagement
Workflow Strategy & AI Support
  • Recommend and build automations to streamline manual tasks (e.g., follow-ups, appointment reminders, client onboarding)
  • Use ChatGPT or similar AI tools to assist with automations or content creation if needed
  • Stay updated with GoHighLevel feature releases and apply them to improve the system
Testing, QA & Documentation
  • Regularly test all workflows, funnels, and automations to ensure proper function
  • Document SOPs and workflows so the team can easily understand the GHL setup
  • Provide weekly performance and task update reports to the client
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • 1-2+ years of experience using GoHighLevel or similar marketing CRM platforms
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, marketing funnels, email sequences, and automation logic
  • Experience with landing page and funnel building (Kajabi, ClickFunnels, or similar is a plus)
  • Analytical mindset with an eye for process improvement
  • Fluent in English and confident in explaining tech setups to non-tech clients
  • Highly organized, reliable, and proactive
