Job summary

Neo4j is seeking a Backend Software Engineer for Identity and Access Management in Greater London. In this role, you will build, deploy, and manage cloud-native services using Golang, contributing to the architectural evolution of the IAM platform. You will also develop custom Kubernetes operators and ensure secure service communications.

The ideal candidate has over 5 years of backend development experience, with solid skills in Golang and familiarity with major cloud providers such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of backend development or software engineering experience.
• Proficient in GoLang and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with at least one major cloud provider like GCP, AWS, or Azure.

Responsibilities

• Build, deploy, and manage cloud-native services in Golang for IAM platform.
• Develop custom Kubernetes operators, controllers, and resources.
• Contribute to the architectural revamp of IAM platform.
• Secure communication across infrastructure via modern auth patterns.
• Produce clear documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
