Job summary

Neo4j Inc is seeking an experienced Backend Software Engineer to join their Identity and Access Management team. The candidate will work on rebuilding the IAM platform, focusing on creating secure and scalable solutions on cloud platforms like GCP, AWS, and Azure.

The ideal candidate will have extensive backend development experience, particularly in GoLang and Kubernetes, and will contribute to architectural decisions and documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend development or software engineering experience.
• Strong experience in GoLang and Kubernetes.
• Experience with at least one of the major cloud providers (GCP, AWS, Azure).

Responsibilities

• Build, deploy, and manage cloud-native services in Golang for IAM.
• Develop custom Kubernetes operators, controllers, and resources.
• Drive architecture revamp for IAM platform.
• Secure service-to-service communication across distributed infrastructure.
• Produce documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.
