Role Summary
The Proposition Lead will sit within the Client Project Delivery team and is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the EQ proposition for undertaking GMP Equalisation on behalf of EQRS’s clients. The role holder will work very closely with Programme and Project delivery teams to support definition of client and scheme-specific deliverables, defining and estimating the requirement for successful delivery. They will also act as the EQRS GMPE subject matter expert, supporting client discussions and being a leading voice in the Pensions Administration industry.
Please note this is an 18 month fixed term contract role.
