CY Partners is seeking a Validation Engineer to support life sciences clients from design through validation, ensuring facilities, equipment and systems meet GMP and regulatory requirements.

You will work across the full lifecycle, coordinating with design teams, contractors and clients, with regular UK travel and a flexible home-based setup. A science/engineering degree and GMP validation experience are expected.

Competenze

• Experience GMP validation in life sciences or healthcare.
• Experience validating systems, utilities, equipment, and cleanrooms.
• Knowledge of GMP, cleanroom HVAC design, and quality risk assessments.
• Experience delivering projects with multidisciplinary teams.

Mansioni

• Developing and executing validation protocols and documentation, including URS, VMP, DQ, IQ, OQ and VSR.
• Conducting quality risk assessments and reviewing technical documentation, cleanroom designs and cross-contamination control strategies.
• Supporting project planning, delivery, budgets and progress reporting.
• Leading client meetings and collaborating with designers, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Ensuring compliance with cGMP, data integrity principles and relevant MHRA guidance.
• Supporting continuous improvement, documentation development and team training.
