GMP TRAINER

Are you passionate about delivering high-impact training in a cutting-edge GMP environment? We're looking for a GMP Trainer to play a key role in supporting the growth and capability of a pioneering manufacturing team. You'll be part of an innovative, collaborative, and inclusive workplace focused on developing life-changing treatments.

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver engaging in-person and virtual training sessions, including inductions and GMP processes
  • Develop creative, interactive training materials and e-learning content
  • Support the transfer of technical knowledge from R&D to manufacturing teams
  • Maintain and evolve the GMP training programme using a learning management system
  • Work with stakeholders and external providers to ensure top-quality training delivery
  • Cover key lab-based techniques such as cell counting, PCR, flow cytometry, and more

What You'll Bring:

  • Previous experience developing and delivering training in a GMP environment
  • A background in biotech, pharma, or a related scientific field
  • Familiarity with cleanroom/aseptic practices
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
  • Creativity in training delivery, with experience using tools like PowerPoint, Excel, and possibly Articulate
  • A team mindset with a proactive, solution-focused approach
