We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic GMP Housekeeper to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation in Cleaning.

What you'll do:

• To own and take responsibility for an allocated building and ensure that a 5-star customer service is experienced by all.
• To be the first point of contact for customers.
• To be visible to all customers and build relationships with at all levels.
• Provide support of all cleaning functions performed by Sodexo.
• Adhere to all standard operating procedures (SOP) and work instructions.
• Participate in audits/performance checks and escalate any issues/complaints to the Supervisor or ACSM/CSM

What you'll bring:

• Knowledge and experience of working in a controlled environment (engineering, manufacturing or pharmaceutical)
• Experienced in delivering a cleaning service.
• Customer oriented, conducting job function with a primary focus on customer service.
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Prior knowledge and understanding of COSHH.
• General health and safety awareness
• Understanding of waste segregation principles
