Job summary

NMS Recruit Ltd t/a Russell Taylor Group is seeking a Quality Systems Officer to join a growing pharmaceutical organisation in Cheshire on a permanent, onsite basis. The role focuses on maintaining the QMS, SOPs and document control, and supporting CAPAs, deviations, change controls and risk assessments.

You will assist with internal audits, audit readiness, and handling customer complaints and quality records, while keeping training records up to date and ensuring GMP compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree in a scientific discipline is preferred.
• GMP experience in Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Life Sciences.
• Knowledge of QMS processes (CAPAs, Deviations, Change Controls).
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Good IT skills and confident communicator.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) daily.
• Manage quality docs, SOPs and document control.
• Support CAPAs, Deviations, Change Controls and risk assessments.
• Assist internal audits and audit readiness activities.
• Support customer complaints, investigations and quality records.
• Maintain training records and GMP compliance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
