Job summary

GSK is seeking a compliant and proactive professional to ensure adherence to EHS, Quality, and Engineering standards. You will drive continuous improvement across compliance systems, manage key KPIs, and lead audits and change control within Engineering.

Qualifications include engineering education and strong experience with QMS, GMP, and cross-functional collaboration in a pharmaceutical setting. You will contribute to documentation controls and training initiatives to uphold regulatory

Qualifications

• Experience with Quality Management System principles and engineering standards.
• Experience organizing workload and managing multiple tasks.
• Experience delivering written and verbal communications in English in a professional setting.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.
• Experience creating presentations in PowerPoint and analyzing data in Excel.
• Experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment with cGMP and QMS.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive compliance with Quality Management Systems and Safety systems within Engineering.
• Governance of engineering safety and quality KPIs.
• Oversee Engineering: ES, QMS, Eng Alerts, Legionella, Asbestos, TP13, Technical Authority, Risk Management, Maturity Assessments.
• Ensure documentation periodic review and retention is managed.
• Manage the Self Inspection Audit/Management Monitoring program.
• Own Engineering Change Control and Planned Change processes.
• Support GMP and safety audits, including fronting as required.
• Chair department councils and governance meetings.
• Deliver GMP training for the department.
