Medik8 is seeking a Mechanical Technician to maintain and set up production lines on-site in our GMP environment. You will perform maintenance tasks, line setup, equipment adjustments, and provide line support to minimise downtime across all lines.

Aufgaben

• Line setup: Prepare and set up production lines for operation.
• Setting adjustments: Adjust equipment settings to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Filling checks and adjustments: Perform routine checks on filling machines.
• Weigh scale tolerances and checks: Calibrate scales to tolerances.
• Removal of parts: Disassemble parts for cleaning.
• Reassembly of parts: Reassemble cleaned parts and ensure functionality.
• Video jet ink setup: Set up ink printing for labeling.
• Daily/Visual PPMs: Conduct daily maintenance checks.
• Equipment Maintenance: Maintain production room equipment not in PPM.
• Pump set up and purging: Set up and purge pumps for production use.
• Line support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting across lines.
