Location: Harwell, Oxfordshire

Contract Duration: 9–12 months

Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site

Are you a hands-on engineer with a passion for cutting-edge biomanufacturing? Join a pioneering team driving innovation in mRNA technology and play a key role in supporting high-impact vaccine production.

What You’ll Do
  • Own and support GMP manufacturing equipment (UF, Chromatography, TMIX, Fermenters, etc.)
  • Deliver daily floor support to ensure uptime and reliability
  • Lead technical projects and author quality documentation
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and implement CAPAs
  • Drive continuous improvement and support tech transfers
What You’ll Bring
  • Degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • 4+ years in Process Engineering; 2+ years in GxP environments
  • Strong bioprocess equipment knowledge
  • Excellent communication and technical writing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
