Job summary

Medik8 is hiring a Hygiene Operative for site-based work in the UK. Shift: Monday to Friday, 14:00–22:30. Salary up to £27,000 per annum.

The role focuses on cleaning, sanitisation and disinfecting to maintain GMP standards for premium skincare production. You will document activities, follow COSHH guidelines, and coordinate with teams to schedule deep cleans without impacting production.

Qualifications

• Experience in GMP/Cleanroom environments and following SOPs.
• Strong COSHH knowledge and safe handling of disinfectants.
• Excellent attention to detail and accurate log keeping.

Responsibilities

• Deep cleaning of production lines and conveyors to prevent cross-contamination.
• Assemble/disassemble filling chassis per procedures.
• Ensure GMP compliance by following SOPs and confirming cleaning effectiveness.
• Maintain real-time logs of cleaning schedules and equipment status.
