Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Business Analyst / Data Analyst to join in London on a GMI migration project for a major financial services client. You will bridge Clearing Operations, Technology, Front Office and Finance to map legacy data into the target platform, analyzing data flows and business rules.

This role blends business analysis with hands-on data work in a highly technical setting. Hybrid London-based work arrangement with exposure to diverse projects through the Deloitte Associate Programme;

Qualifications

• Experience as a BA/DA in capital markets or top-tier advisory environments.
• Strong data migration, transformation and mapping experience for clearing platforms.
• Solid knowledge of OTC derivatives, F&O lifecycle, and GL processes.
• Advanced SQL skills and data profiling to ensure data quality.
• Excellent communication to translate complex mappings for business users.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and target-state design for cleared derivatives platforms.
• Perform data profiling, source-to-target mapping, and data quality checks.
• Drive migration readiness, design test frameworks, and support UAT.
• Collaborate with business, technology, operations, vendors and clearing houses.
• Define STTM mappings and GL integration considerations for go-live.
