The Cumberland, part of Clermont Hotel Group, seeks a General Manager for Hell’s Kitchen London. You will lead a premium, high-volume dining operation, partnering with the Head Chef to drive performance and guest satisfaction in a dynamic theatre-inspired concept.

Deliver strategic leadership, nurture a high-calibre front-of-house team, and own daily operations, budget control and guest experience. This is a high-profile role in one of London’s iconic venues.

Qualifications

• Proven General Manager experience in a premium, high-volume restaurant.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting and forecasting capabilities.
• Ability to lead, coach and develop a diverse front-of-house team.
• Exceptional communication and organisational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership to ensure ambitious goals are met.
• Collaborate with Head Chef to shape restaurant vision and performance.
• Lead and develop front-of-house teams to deliver exceptional service.
• Own day-to-day operations, maintaining top-tier guest experiences.
• Maximise covers and revenue while upholding standards.
• Oversee budget management, payroll forecasting and financial KPIs.
• Represent the venue, building relationships to enhance market presence.
