Our Children in Care team in Gloucester is looking for a committed and experienced Social Worker to join us as a Permanency Social Worker. This is a rewarding opportunity to be part of a supportive and dedicated team focused on achieving the best possible outcomes for children and young people.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England Proven experience in working with children in care Skilled in completing Child Permanence Reports (CPRs), ideally with experience of working under supervision A strong understanding of family finding and matching with adopters Ability to prepare and present Court reports and support plans A reflective and child-centred practitioner with the resilience and determination to advocate for long-term outcomes
