Job summary

Lorien is recruiting a Project Manager for a client in the financial services sector with strong Workday Financials experience. The role involves overseeing the Workday Financials rollout with a partner and managing cross-functional activities across the global business.

You will coordinate third-party implementation activities, maintain project plans, RAID logs, and provide regular status updates to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Work with third party implementation partner to maintain project plans for Workday Financials roll-out on a global scale
• Work with third party implementation partner to maintain project plans
• Manage internal RAID logs
• Provide regular project status reports to key internal stakeholders
• Manage Steerco updates and elevate decisions when necessary
• Manage internal Business Analysts working on requirements gathering, UAT prep, UAT cycle and post go-live support
• Manage internal release management, including appropriate sign-off at stage gates
• Engage with internal Finance and IT teams as appropriate throughout the project
• other add-hoc requirements as they arise throughout project lifecycle
