An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Workday Analyst to enhance their HRIS capabilities. This role involves providing technical support across various Workday modules, ensuring system efficiency, and driving user adoption through training and documentation. You'll collaborate with global teams to optimize Workday functionalities and contribute to strategic projects aimed at improving HR processes. Rentokil Initial first engaged with Workday in 2012, and has since deployed the Product to 18 markets. Workday has become a significant area of focus for the business with a deployment roadmap over 3 years and a number of identified opportunities to deliver business capability and value. This role reports to the Workday Support Manager, working closely with the Global Workday Solution Managers as well as the country HR and Operations teams. The Workday Analysts are responsible for providing a responsive service supporting the adoption, development and continued deployment of Workday.
This opportunity provides technical and function administration of Workday and will include day-to-day support as well as supporting ongoing project implementations. You’ll be working across a number of Workday modules such as global HCM, Absence, Performance, Compensation, Payroll and Time. You will support the maintenance of Workday, including integrations, mass data uploads (EIBs), security, and reporting. The role is a blend of BAU HRIS work and involvement in strategic projects to improve Workday usage and capabilities. You will troubleshoot and diagnose issues and look for opportunities to continually improve the functionality and adoption of Workday. You will also develop and maintain complex Workday reports including matrix and composite reports whilst providing support for existing custom reports and conducting regular report reviews, ensuring all data meets security and data privacy standards.
