Job summary

Orion Group invites applications for a Welding Project Planner to lead scheduling across multiple projects. You will develop and maintain comprehensive baseline schedules, coordinate with project teams, and produce multi-level reports for stakeholders.

The role requires strong planning expertise, excellent communication, and proficiency in MS Project/Primavera, Excel and Power BI. On-site work in the UK with cross-functional collaboration is involved.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project planning experience in large-scale projects.
• Proficient with MS Project or Primavera and Office tools.
• Strong scheduling, reporting and KPI development abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and uphold integrated project schedules (P6 and other tools).
• Maintain Master Baseline schedule across all phases.
• Create and manage reporting models and KPIs for stakeholders.
• Coordinate schedule interfaces with subcontractors, logistics, and site teams.
• Identify critical paths, risks, and mitigation options.
• Supervise other project planners and ensure data integrity.
