Job summary

83zero Ltd is seeking a Web Content Coordinator to support a major digital transformation across EMEA and ANZ, focusing on platform migrations and new website launches. You will manage DAM and PIM, review product data, and coordinate translations with local market teams to ensure ready-to-deploy content across multiple markets.

The role requires strong organisation, attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration with brand, product, and external agencies.

Qualifications

• Experience in brand, digital, ecommerce, or content roles.
• Experience with product data and website content systems.
• Exposure to DAM and/or PIM systems, especially Bynder.
• Familiarity with Riversand, Syndigo, or Salsify is a plus.
• Experience coordinating content across multiple markets.
• Strong attention to data accuracy and translation completeness.

Responsibilities

• Support new website launches across EMEA and ANZ.
• Manage DAM and PIM activities including data audits.
• Review product content for data gaps and translations.
• Oversee website content updates and landing pages.
• Coordinate translations with local market teams.
• Collaborate with brand, product, and agencies to align content.
• Coordinate image assets and product photoshoots.
• Track progress and milestones across workstreams.
• Resolve issues with cross-functional teams to maintain momentum.
• Ensure consistent brand presence across digital touchpoints.
