We are currently seeking a Global Vendor Sales Director (m/f/d) to own and grow strategic vendor relationships across Exclusive Group. You will drive joint business planning, align global sales and marketing efforts, and lead cross-functional initiatives to expand market reach and performance.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As the Global Vendor Sales Director, you will:

• Act as the key contact for assigned vendors across Exclusive Group, building strong relationships and driving strategic alignment

• Develop and maintain a 3-year joint business plan with vendors, tracking key performance metrics such as growth, bookings, margin, and market share

• Align closely with the GSI / Multi-Country Key Account teams to expand vendor engagement and market reach

• Understand the different routes to market (2Tier, Direct, 1Tier, Hyperscalers, MSSPs) to maximise Exclusive’s addressable market with the vendor

• Work closely with the sales teams in country to assist in aligning vendor priorities and sales teams

• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, finance, legal, operations, marketing, and services) to align go-to-market strategies with group objectives

• Educate vendor and sales communities on Exclusive’s offerings, including financing, services, and international support

• Drive and support global and local marketing campaigns in partnership with vendor and internal teams

• Lead and present business updates, key initiatives, and performance reviews during vendor QBRs and annual/quarterly meetings

YOUR PROFILE

The ideal Global Vendor Sales Director:

• Has a proven track record in vendor management, channel sales, or distribution

• Possesses strong knowledge of the two-tier distribution model

• Brings experience in cybersecurity or networking

• Excels at building and managing strategic relationships

• Has international experience and a global outlook

• Is target-oriented and results-driven

• Works effectively both independently and as part of a team

• Is fluent in English; a second major language is a plus
