Qualifications

Currently an undergraduate in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field seeking hands-on Treasury exposure.
Strong numerical and analytical abilities with solid Excel skills.
Comfortable with digital tools including Microsoft Copilot.
Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Problem-solving mindset with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and initiative to contribute to team projects.

Responsibilities

Perform credit rating analysis for international UPS entities and maintain Treasury databases.
Support capital structure reviews, funding business cases, and intercompany financing activities.
Monitor cash positions, update KPI dashboards, and assist with financial reporting and analysis.
Collaborate with Finance, Tax, Legal, and Accounting on Treasury-related projects.
Prepare materials and present findings in Credit Committee meetings.
Maintain controls, records, and documentation for audit purposes.
Support Treasury administration and contribute to ad hoc projects.
Utilise Microsoft Copilot Premium and other digital tools to identify efficiencies and improve processes.
