Job summary

EDF Trading Limited, London-based, is seeking a Treasury Analyst to support daily liquidity management and funding processes at trading and corporate levels.

You will interact with multiple parts of the business, analyse liquidity trends, forecast cashflows and contribute to the control framework, while working in a hybrid environment with a focus on timely reporting and risk management.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work autonomously.
• General commercial and risk management awareness.
• ACT / Accounting or equivalent professional qualification would be an advantage.
• Excel/VBA and Alteryx knowledge are preferable.

Responsibilities

• Undertaking daily liquidity reporting and analysing liquidity trends.
• Forecasting price movements and liquidity impact on EDFT positions.
• Managing liquidity (short and long term) and stress testing.
• Assist with medium term liquidity forecasting and forecast accuracy tracking.
• Produce daily and monthly reports and analytics for distribution in the business and EDF group.
• Analyse financing costs and interest allocations with the Treasury team.
• Collaborate with Cash, FX and collateral management for high performance.
• Ensure processes are well documented for knowledge transfer.
• Support scalable control framework to match business changes.
