G Adventures is seeking a Travel Consultant (Global Connection Officer) based in London on a hybrid basis. You will connect with travellers and agency partners, helping them choose and book trips that meet their needs while maintaining exceptional service and reaching sales targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year front-line sales experience.
• Fluent in German & English, both written and verbal.
• Experience using a GDS system is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Reach monthly sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Connect with travellers by phone and email to understand needs and recommend trips.
• Sell the right trips and optional services to enhance the traveller experience.
• Follow correct booking processes to minimize errors and ensure life-changing experiences.
• Engage with the global team to foster an inclusive G Adventures culture.
