Job summary

Frasers Hospitality, Malmaison & Hotel du Vin in London is seeking an FP&A Analyst on a maternity cover basis. The role covers performance across the Malmaison, Hotel du Vin and Frasers Hospitality brands, with hybrid working 3 days in the office and 2 days from home in South Kensington.

You will lead reporting, forecasting and budgeting, and perform financial analysis for special projects. The role supports informed decision making to drive financial performance across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A in a large multi-site corporate environment.
• Fully qualified - ACA, ACCA or CIMA.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
• Experience with Power BI and BI reporting.
• Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive financial and strategic reporting across Malmaison, Hotel du Vin and Frasers Hospitality.
• Lead forecasting and budgeting processes for the brands.
• Conduct financial analysis of special projects and provide actionable insights.
• Develop reporting to enable informed decision making and improve performance.
