Join the Global Travel Retail (GTR) team and define the future growth of our exciting brands! Take the lead to shape plans that connect our brands with consumers in the world’s largest global shop windows spaces – duty free airports, ferries, and cruises.
Develop strategies and plans for a portfolio of key brands to achieve our growth ambitions. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate global brand ideas into engaging, consumer-relevant initiatives, managing in a matrix environment to ensure excellent execution. Focus on improving ROI and capturing learnings for future initiatives.
Self-motivated with a creative mindset and proven brand management experience. Passionate about analyzing brand and business diagnostics to deliver actionable insights. Resilient, adaptable to ambiguity, and comfortable with a fast-paced, global environment. Occasional international travel required. Multilingual abilities are a plus but not essential.
