Job description

We are looking for a

dynamic, passionate individual to join the Black Tomato family in the Global Travel Advisor team, dedicated to engaging with clients and educating them on the remarkable and inspiring experiences we create. You will need to quickly establish rapport, convey a passion for travel, and explain what makes Black Tomato unique.

With general knowledge of Black Tomato products, you will act as a gateway for new clients and determine if they are a good fit for us and vice versa. The role is largely phone-based, primarily within the US, but also involves written communication. You will nurture and qualify new inquiries, directing viable ones to our sales team or fostering relationships further.

As a brand known for creativity, innovation, and client care, we are excited to find a new Global Travel Advisor to be a key first contact in the Black Tomato experience. This role will contribute to our growth and overall performance in a fast-paced, global environment.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Act as the first point of contact for inquiries, providing an inspiring first impression of Black Tomato.
  2. Demonstrate a commitment to world-class service, communicating why we are the best through phone or email.
  3. Collaborate with our Travel Expert & Product teams to stay updated on our offerings and tailor client conversations.
  4. Learn quickly, absorb information, and confidently relay it to clients.
  5. Provide product guidance and inspiration before connecting clients with destination experts.
  6. Work with marketing teams to provide feedback for outreach strategies.
  7. Assist our CRM and Client Experience teams to handle inquiries innovatively.
  8. Record client information accurately in our CRM system and navigate it fluently.
Skills Required
  1. Experience in client service, preferably in leisure, hospitality, or luxury sectors.
  2. Client-focused ethos, committed to positive outcomes.
  3. Excellent communication skills, enthusiastic and eloquent over phone and email.
  4. Quick thinker with initiative, problem-solving skills, and calm under pressure.
  5. Attention to detail and aesthetic sensibility.
  6. Highly organized, able to prioritize and multitask.
  7. Interest in luxury travel destinations, hotels, and experiences.
  8. Experience with UHNW clients is a plus but not essential.
