Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Senior Transformation Manager to join the Enterprise Strategy & Transformation team and help shape the future of global commerce.

You will lead high-priority initiatives, partner with senior leaders across commercial, product, operations, finance, technology and go-to-market to secure alignment and drive outcomes. This role requires strong analytics, executive communication and a proven ability to influence without direct authority.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex strategy, transformation or performance initiatives in a large, matrixed organisation.
• Strong analytical capability including financial analysis and business cases.
• Executive communication skills with senior leadership presentation experience.
• Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Excellent problem-solving and prioritisation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-priority Enterprise initiatives from definition through delivery with structure, pace and accountability.
• Undertake financial, strategic, operational and market analysis to inform decisions and investments.
• Partner with senior leaders across commercial, product, operations, finance, technology and go-to-market to secure alignment.
• Identify and resolve risks, dependencies and barriers, translating challenges into practical solutions and executive recommendations.
• Track initiative performance and develop Board and leadership communications and progress updates.
