Job summary

WPP Media is seeking a senior leader to head the Global Applied Transformation function. You will lead a team of project/program managers and establish change management capabilities to drive adoption across multiple transformation workstreams.

Ideal candidates have director-level consulting experience, strong strategic and storytelling skills, and a proven ability to operate with a global/local mindset while delivering consistent outcomes across regions.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience operating at a Director level in a consulting / management consulting organization focused on transformation.
• Expert change management skills - understands various approaches/methodologies, can create change strategy, identify audiences and artifacts, drive adoption / impact.
• Adept coach and mentor for Project / Program and Change managers.
• Excellent written / verbal communication and storytelling skills tailored to audience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct line management, mentorship and coaching to project managers.
• Define project management competency models and performance expectations across career stages.
• Own a holistic change management / communications roadmap across transformation workstreams.
• Establish agile / adaptable standards and best practices for change management and communications.
