Bank of America Corporation seeks a Transaction Reporting Controls Lead to join the Transaction Reporting Control Group (TRCG). The role focuses on monitoring and resolving pre- and post-submission errors across EMIR and SFTR, performing root-cause analysis, and partnering with Front Office, Technology and Compliance to remediate issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in Banking Middle Office or Operations.
• Operational Excellence mindset and process improvement.
• Strong communication across cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze large data sets and provide insights.
• Understanding of regulatory reporting landscape.
• EMIR or SFTR experience is advantageous.
• Familiarity with regulatory reporting products.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and resolve pre- and post-submission transaction reporting errors across global jurisdictions (EMIR, SFTR).
• Investigate issues and carry out root cause analysis; escalate regulatory breaches to senior management as required.
• Partner with TRCG and across the organisation (Front Office, Technology and Compliance) to resolve issues.
• Define remediation requirements and manage remediation through to resolution.
• Produce and disseminate function-related MI and provide insightful commentary.
• Conduct data analysis to respond to internal, client and regulator enquiries.
• Participate in Change Management and business readiness for regulatory changes.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes and controls via Operational Excellence to align with NFRR standards.
