Job summary

Morgan Gray is seeking a Trade Show & Events Manager in Fareham. You will lead planning and execution of trade shows, exhibitions, conferences and customer events across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia‑Pacific, collaborating with sales, product and marketing teams.

The role requires 7+ years of international event experience, strong budget and stakeholder management, and a keen eye for data-driven improvements using AI and automation tools.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing trade shows, exhibitions and event programmes across international markets.
• Proven track record delivering both small and large-scale events.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience managing external suppliers, agencies and event partners.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and deliver a calendar of trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, seminars and customer engagement events.
• Act as the central point of contact for event planning across multiple brands and regions.
• Develop event strategies that support business objectives, product launches and commercial priorities.
• Utilise digital tools, automation and AI-driven insights to improve audience targeting and event effectiveness.
• Establish event KPIs and measurement frameworks with clear reporting on performance and ROI.
• Manage event budgets, forecasting, tracking and post-event analysis.
• Coordinate and oversee external agencies, suppliers and production partners.
• Collaborate with sales, product and marketing teams to maximise event success.
• Manage merchandise and display programmes to ensure consistent brand representation.
• Support partner networks with marketing assets and event collateral.
