Job summary

Worcester Bosch invites applications for a Foreign Trade Operations Apprentice to join our GS/OSD4-EMEA2 team. You’ll support customs compliance, handle trade queries via the ESM system, and collaborate with brokers to improve processing while embracing a digital transition.

The role is a 2-year fixed-term contract with 39 hours per week, based in the UK. Ideal candidates provide a keen interest in geopolitics, data analysis, and developing IT skills within a leading heating brand.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with UK and IE legislation and the Bosch Customs directive.
• Act as first-level support for stakeholder queries using the Foreign Trade ticketing system (ESM).
• Assist in managing declarations via external customs brokers to drive improvements.
• Support digitalisation efforts and adapt to changing regulatory requirements.
