Job summary

Queen Mary University of London is seeking a Faculty TNE Education Manager to provide leadership and operational expertise for education-related activity across the Faculty's Transnational Education portfolio, based at the Mile End campus with international travel, notably to China.

Qualifications

• Experienced Higher Education professional with strong experience in education administration and quality assurance within a TNE environment.
• Strong understanding of student lifecycle and ability to develop and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and operational expertise for education-related activity across the Faculty’s Transnational Education portfolio.
• Lead development and improvement of educational processes, quality assurance, curriculum management and regulatory compliance.
• Manage cross-Faculty projects and support implementation of university educational initiatives.
• Collaborate with academic and Professional Services colleagues to promote consistency and effective practice across TNE provision.
• Line management responsibilities with international travel, particularly to China.
