Role Overview:

Join the high-impact Global TechOps taskforce team, which is tasked with the responsibility of delivering a turnaround in the areas affecting a site’s performance, implementing improvements rapidly and driving immediate operational efficiencies at sites within NextPharma. For sites that are encountering short-term performance and/or productivity issues, a taskforce member is deployed to the site to lead the diagnosis and resolution of production/quality issues; and re-stabilising operations/productivity. Over periods of 3-4 weeks at a time, you will act as the catalyst for short-term projects, focusing on driving results, with high business impact in areas such as manufacturing, packaging, QA and QC.

Key Responsibilities:

· Results delivery & Project Ownership: Manage short-term, high-priority projects aimed at immediate operational improvements—ranging from increasing productivity, reducing defects, and troubleshooting equipment issues.

· Problem Solving & Process Optimization: Use advanced problem-solving techniques to identify root causes of issues, propose actionable solutions, and rapidly implement changes that deliver visible improvements.

· Cross-Site Collaboration: Work closely with teams across sites & Global functions, to ensure swift execution of projects and consistent communication regarding progress and outcomes.

· Impactful Reporting: Provide clear, concise updates to leadership and stakeholders on progress, challenges, and outcomes of key initiatives.

Desired Experience & Skills:

· Strong Technical and Operational Background: Degree in Business, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related fields, with a deep understanding of manufacturing and operational processes.

· Experience with Rapid Problem Solving: A track record of successfully executing projects under tight deadlines, requiring matrix management and cross-functional working.

· Change Management & Agility: This role requires leaders with resilience, perseverance and an ability to adapt quickly, prioritize effectively, and work independently under time-sensitive conditions.

· Excellent Communication & Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships with teams at all levels and provide clear, actionable communication.

· Willingness to Travel: Flexibility to travel to sites as needed. Amongst the core requirements is to be on-site for upto 3-4 weeks at a time.

· Languages: Proficiency in English required; German/French is a bonus.
