Twinings Ovaltine is seeking a Senior R&D Manager to define and lead the global tea science and technology program across priority platforms. You will influence innovation strategy, partner with Master Blenders and Tea Supply Chain, and shape a future-proof tech roadmap while ensuring quality and food safety.

Qualifications

Degree in food science, chemical engineering or relevant scientific subject.
Proven strategy development and implementation.

Strong analytical and creative problem solving with rigorous technical delivery.
Proven experience leading diverse teams and coaching for growth.

Responsibilities
