Job summary

Vix Technology is seeking a Global Tax Advisor to join its Global Finance team, taking ownership of tax matters across Europe, North America and Asia-Pacific.

You will shape tax strategy, ensure compliance, advise on acquisitions and international expansion, and partner with Legal, Finance and Commercial teams to drive business growth.

This role offers exposure to complex cross-border tax issues and a real opportunity to influence the Group's tax function.

Qualifications

• Experience across multiple jurisdictions with corporate tax.
• Strong knowledge of VAT, GST and indirect taxes.
• Ability to translate tax rules into commercial guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate corporate tax across the Group.
• Oversee indirect taxes and transfer pricing documentation.
• Advise on tax implications of contracts, expansions and acquisitions.
• Collaborate with external advisers, legal and finance teams.
• Support tax audits, disclosures and governance improvements.
• Monitor international tax changes and implement controls.
