Job summary

Liberty Global is seeking a Manager, Corporate Tax Strategy in London to shape tax outcomes across a complex international business and partner with stakeholders across Finance, Legal, M&A and senior leadership.

You will lead advisory work on UK and international tax matters, monitor legislation, support major corporate transactions, and help manage tax risk while delivering commercially focused guidance in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Corporate Tax across UK and international matters.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with ability to influence across levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide corporate tax advisory support across international business and strategic initiatives.
• Research complex tax issues and deliver practical guidance to stakeholders.
• Support development of business models by ensuring tax considerations are reflected.
• Partner with Finance, Treasury, Legal, M&A and other teams on key projects and transactions.
• Monitor changes in tax legislation and advise on impacts, risks and opportunities.
• Lead and support tax compliance, reporting and forecasting activities and manage external adviser relationships.
