Job summary

Haleon plc seeks a Tax Global Process Owner Manager within the Tax Technology and Transformation team to lead global tax processes, data, technology and transformation activities. The role drives standardization, process improvements, and compliance with evolving VAT rules across multiple jurisdictions.

You will partner with P2P, O2C and finance teams to ensure tax compliance and scalable solutions, including SAP VAT configurations and data analytics initiatives across locations.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in accounting or tax qualification.
• 5+ years’ tax experience across multiple jurisdictions including VAT.
• Experience leading tax transformation and technology initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage Tax processes, global delivery, and drive standardization and improvements.
• Identify technology opportunities for Tax and coordinate implementations to deliver ROIs.
• Lead SAP VAT configuration and ensure compliance with e‑invoicing & e‑reporting requirements.
