Job summary

Worldpay (UK) Limited is seeking a Tax Assistant Manager to support the Tax Operations Team in managing corporate tax affairs across markets. The role involves coordinating with external advisors, data sharing, and preparing responses to tax questions.

You will prepare, review and file tax reports and returns, assist with audits and refunds, and support M&A due diligence while maintaining current tax knowledge and compliance across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• ACA or CTA, part or fully qualified; UK tax knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the outsourcing of corporate tax affairs by coordinating with advisors and data sharing.
• Prepare, review and file tax reports/returns for various tax regimes.
• Assist with tax audits and refunds related to dual taxation and exemptions.
