Job summary

PRO TAX is seeking a Corporate Tax Manager to join our dynamic tax team in the United Kingdom. The role focuses on advisory or compliance work, developing client relationships and delivering complex UK tax solutions to a varied client base.

You will manage a substantial portfolio, mentor junior staff, support partners, and identify opportunities to grow the business through high-quality service and proactive tax planning.

Qualifications

• Experience providing corporate tax advisory services to a variety of clients.
• Understanding of corporate tax compliance and annual tax return process.
• Ability to manage a substantial client portfolio and develop new business.
• Experience dealing with senior client management and mentoring staff.

Responsibilities

• Working closely with clients on adhoc tax advisory projects.
• Act as a key point of contact and provide compliance services to a range of clients from small businesses to larger corporates across sectors.
• Provide support to Partners and Directors on client matters and assist in the management of the team.
• Review work prepared by more junior members of staff and support/mentor their development.
• Ensure assignments are completed within agreed budgets and keep Directors/Partners informed of developments.
• Recognise business development opportunities and work with the Directors/Partners to develop these when they arise
