Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal in the United Kingdom offers a 3-year Tax Programme designed for graduates to gain hands-on experience in US/UK tax advisory and compliance across individuals and business structures. You will work on cross-border tax projects under senior leaders, developing practical skills and client exposure.

From day one, you will be supported to pursue professional qualifications including Enrolled Agent (EA), ATT, and Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA), with mentoring and structured career

Qualifications

• Eligibility to work in the UK without visa sponsorship
• A 2:1 or higher undergraduate degree
• A-level (or equivalent) grades ABB or above
• GCSE Maths and English grade B (6) or above
• Proficiency in Excel and Word (intermediate level)
• Relevant work experience is preferred, but not a necessity
• Evidence of non-academic achievements
• Business-level English language is a pre-requisite

Responsibilities

• Gain practical experience in different specialisms of individuals and their associated structures (business, trust) US/UK Tax advice and compliance.
• Provide commercial and practical tax advice to clients and expand knowledge and skillsets during training.
