Alvarez & Marsal Deutschland GmbH invites graduates to join a three-year Tax programme in the UK, offering exposure to US/UK tax advisory and compliance across individuals, business structures, and trusts.

You will be coached by senior leaders from Big Four and HMRC, with training toward Enrolled Agent (EA), ATT, and CTA qualifications. The journey emphasizes practical, commercial tax advice for clients and personal skill growth.

Qualifications

• Eligibility to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.
• A 2:1 or higher undergraduate degree.
• A-level ABB or above.
• GCSE Maths and English grade B (6) or above.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word (intermediate), with database skills advantageous.
• Relevant work experience is preferred, but not required.
• Evidence of non-academic achievements outside of studies.
• Business-level English required; other languages a bonus.

Responsibilities

The Team

A&M’s Tax practice is a leading provider of tax advisory and compliance services in both the UK and US, delivering cross-border tax advice to our clients. You will join a team of high-achieving tax professionals benefiting from personalcoaching and mentoring from our seniorleaders with years of experience obtained in the Big Four, Industry and/or HMRC.

How you will contribute

Throughout the 3-year programme,successful candidates will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in different specialisms of individuals and their associated structures (business, trust) US/UK Tax advice and compliance, allowingindividuals to gain a better understanding of the various tax compliance and advisory paths open to them on successful qualification.

We will support you through your training to become both an Enrolled Agent (EA), Member of the Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT)and Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) and from your first day in the office you will beinvolved in providing commercial and practical tax advice to our clients and expanding your own knowledge and skillsets.

• Proficiency in Excel and Word (intermediate level), with database skills considered advantageous

• Business-level English language is a pre-requisite, and proficiency in any other languages is a bonus.
