Are you passionate about connecting outstanding talent with world-class opportunities? We are looking for a German speaking Talent Acquisition Specialist, who will be responsible for recruiting top talent to Arxada. You will mainly focus on recruiting roles in EMEA and should be open to support other regions as required. As part of our team, you will have a meaningful role in crafting the future of our workforce!

This role is available on a 6-month contract (parental leave cover) basis and can be based in our CoE in Barcelona (Spain), or remotely in UK, Ireland, Poland, Germany or Netherlands.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure flawless talent acquisition
  • Maintaining the ATS (Workday) updated and accurate to ensure data accuracy
  • Identifying and attracting top talent, with a focus on recruiting for manufacturing roles
  • Conducting detailed candidate screening and interviews
  • Collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand and meet their staffing needs
  • Successfully implementing innovative sourcing strategies to compete for outstanding candidates
  • Providing an outstanding candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding
  • Maintaining strict compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
  • Applying data-driven insights to continuously improve recruitment processes

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, particularly in manufacturing recruitment
  • Fluency in German and English is required
  • Capable of handling a high requisition load and manage multiple roles with different requirements
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Outstanding collaborator, capable of building and maintaining positive relationships
  • Proactive and adaptable, with a proven track record of successfully managing multiple priorities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Expertise in ATS (Workday preferred) and sourcing strategy and tools (such as Linkedin, Indeed, job boards etc)
